It explains how to raise a complaint and the timelines within which we will respond.
It applies to grievances about content, listings, conduct of other users, data privacy, billing, and any other aspect of our Services. It should be read with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

- Personal-data requests. Requests to exercise your rights under the DPDP Act are handled within the timelines prescribed under that Act after we verify your identity.
Where a complaint requires more information from you, the timeline runs from the point we receive the details needed to act.
How we handle your complaint
On receiving a grievance, we will:
- register it and issue you a reference for tracking;
- review the complaint, the content or transaction, and any evidence;
- take appropriate action — which may include removing or restricting content, warning, suspending or terminating accounts, processing a correction or deletion, or issuing a refund where due; and
- communicate the outcome to you, with reasons, within the applicable timeline. Some actions may be limited by law, by the rights of others, or by ongoing investigations.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate as follows:
- write to legal@propdart.com for an internal review;
- for personal-data matters, approach the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, 2023;
- for consumer matters, approach the appropriate consumer forum or the National Consumer Helpline; and
- pursue any other remedy available to you under applicable law, subject to the dispute-resolution and jurisdiction provisions of our Terms of Service.
We will cooperate in good faith with any lawful enquiry from a court, regulator or law-enforcement authority.
