The operational Aqua Line: Noida to Greater Noida
Separate today's operating metro network from proposed routes when comparing a home's public-transport connections.

The operational Aqua Line links Noida and Greater Noida through a corridor of approximately 29.7 km and 21 stations. Its existing network is a concrete starting point for evaluating a metro-based commute, unlike a proposed route that has yet to open.
The Greater Noida end serves locations including Knowledge Park II, Pari Chowk, Alpha 1, Delta 1 and GNIDA Office before Depot. A station name alone does not describe how easily a particular society connects to the platform.
Measure access from the actual gate
Large developments may have a substantial walk between the apartment and the road. Check the entrance you will normally use, safe crossings, footpaths and available onward transport. A short straight-line distance can disguise an inconvenient route around a boundary wall or a major junction.
Look at the entire network journey
Consider your destination and any interchange with another service. Check current ticketing arrangements, operating hours and the last practical connection home. A commute that works well at midday may be less convenient after a late shift or when a household member travels in the opposite direction.
Test the commute before deciding
- Make a journey during normal working hours.
- Include station entry, waiting and interchange time.
- Check weekend and early-morning requirements.
- Budget for the last-mile transport actually needed.
The bottom line
An operating metro line is useful evidence of connectivity. The final decision should still be based on a realistic door-to-door trip.
